While health research focuses on the quantifiable and tends not to publish negative findings, soccer fans and experts appreciate the complexities and intangibles that make a soccer player succeed or fail.
Researchers said health scientists should learn from soccer by more comprehensively describing the components of interventions and potential outcomes for clinical practice.
